Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped and dispatched. To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and purchase details.

No Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped and dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products, as goods are packed and scheduled for transport as per confirmed customer orders.

Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been shipped and dispatched. This is to maintain the integrity, quality, and authenticity of our products, especially when international shipping and regulatory clearances are involved.

Approved Refunds
In the rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., damaged or defective items), the amount will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and proof of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide a resolution in line with our quality assurance guidelines.
