Shipping Policy – Life Exports
This website is managed by Growth Volt. The following Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased from Life Exports (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“you,” “your”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Shipping Process

  • All orders are processed and dispatched after payment confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, risk and ownership of the goods transfer to you.

  • You will receive tracking details (where applicable) after the order has been handed to the carrier.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Orders will be delivered within 20-30 working days.

  • Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, logistics challenges, or force majeure events.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are in addition to the product price.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Life Exports.

5. Damaged or Defective Shipments

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if products are damaged or defective, providing photographic or video evidence.

  • Verified claims may be resolved with a replacement or other suitable remedy at our discretion.

  • Claims submitted after the specified period will not be entertained.

6. International Shipping & Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with local laws and regulations.

  • Life Exports is not liable for delays, fines, or refusals due to customs or import regulations in the destination country.

7. Force Majeure

  • Life Exports is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

  • This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, India.
